Emotional alchemy is a change in relationship with feeling.
It is not converting every difficult emotion into a positive one. It means allowing feeling, memory, meaning and replay to become distinguishable enough that emotion need not be shamed, obeyed or endlessly recreated.
The term belongs especially to Unleash My Heart.
Different from: emotional control. Alchemy does not demand silence from the heart. It creates more room for discernment inside the experience.
