It is a series of nine guided seven-day journeys into self-intimacy and aliveness. Each combines written chapters, reflective questions, opening and closing audio, body mapping, imagination and practices of return.

Read the complete introduction

Nine. Each book is a complete seven-day journey through one destination. Together they form a larger arc through the realms of Possibility, Permission and Capacity.

No. Read in order when you want the full architecture. Begin by recognition when one book clearly meets the question taking the most energy now.

Which Journey Meets Me Here?

The destination name belongs to the larger map; the book title names the seven-day journey that explores it. For example, Only Prey Pray for Praise is Destination Two, and Living on Love Crumbs is its book.

They are the three realms of the journey. Possibility meets the old arrangement and makes another response imaginable. Permission brings body, mind and heart back into contact. Capacity asks what the reader’s actual life can hold.

The Three Realms

Seven days gives one question enough continuity to deepen without becoming an endless programme. It is a container, not a deadline. Readers may pause, repeat a chapter or take longer.

Why Seven Days?

Sensual means contact with lived experience through the senses and the body. It includes pleasure and touch, but also discomfort, appetite, pace, distance, warmth, sound, breath and the body’s no.

What Sensual Means Here

Not inherently. Sexuality can be sensual, and sexual examples may appear where relevant. But sensuality here is much wider than sex. The books do not require a partner or a sexual goal.

They help the reader mark sensation and intensity in colour so the body remains part of the reflection. They are not tests, diagnoses or anatomical claims.

Do not manufacture an answer. Numbness, uncertainty and “nothing I can name yet” are all honest information. Contact can begin with noticing the absence of clarity.

The Return is the practice of coming back after interruption, reactivity or forgetting. Short guided versions support that movement. It is central to the work because the aim is not flawless self-contact; it is leaving for shorter periods and returning with less shame.

The Circle is an imaginal journey after the seven chapters. It shifts from analysis toward image, symbol, sensation and inner scene.

No. It is educational and experiential material. It can be used privately and may sit alongside therapy or other support when the reader and practitioner decide that is appropriate. It does not replace medical, psychological or crisis care.

Scope, Pace & Support

They may evaluate a journey, recommend a relevant book or use it as structured reflection alongside their own work, subject to their judgement, competence, setting and the client’s needs. The practitioner pages offer a fuller review path.

For Practitioners

It is a companion now being built for practitioners who purchase a journey for their own evaluation or for a client. It is designed around separate practitioner and client spaces, considered pacing and client-controlled sharing.
