Safety can refer to actual conditions and to the body’s experience of enough choice, predictability, support or room.
The two are related and not identical. A situation can be objectively safer than the body expects; a pleasant sensation can occur in a context that is not safe.
The method treats bodily response as information, not final proof. Discernment includes context, consent and reality.
