Receiving

Receiving is allowing contact, care, pleasure or information to enter without immediately converting it into performance, debt or the next task.

It is active, not passive. Receiving includes sensing pace, preference and enough. A person may want what is offered and still need conditions that help the body remain present.

Different from: taking. Taking concerns access or possession. Receiving concerns what is able to land.
