The Return

The Return is the practice of coming back after interruption, reactivity or forgetting.

Each journey includes shorter guided returns for days when the full rhythm cannot be held. More broadly, Return names a central movement of the work: noticing sooner, coming back with less shame and refusing to use the old pattern as proof that nothing changed.

Different from: starting over. A return includes the fact that you noticed.
